Resin Casting has been part of our business for many years. We are proud of the reputation that we have for quality and our ability to produce very challenging castings. In these page we will describe some of the projects that we have been involved in and some of our current work.

Resin Piglets

We currently produce three types of piglet on behalf of our customer.

All piglets are hand finished and carefully packaged.

Piglets are despatched direct from our workshop to customers all over the world. Each piglet weighs about 12kg

Resin Golf Tee Peg Markers

We have made thousands of Tee markers which grace golf courses all over Europe.

We make several different styles and are happy to quote for small quantities as well as larger ones.

Baby Satyr

The Baby Satyr was cast in resin marble and hand finished to antique it. Our customer supplied us with the original antique.

The mould was made using silicone rubber and fibreglass. The cast weighs about 35kg

Cold Cast Bronze Bust

The original bust was carved in marble in the middle of the 19th century. It depicts the first Earl Of Yarborough. Our customer had permission from the present Earl Of Yarborough to have a mould made of it at his stately manor house.

Our cast was made using cold cast bronze & resin marble.

This picture shows various casts made over the years.

The plaque is made to resemble lead and goes on the side of English Listed Buildings and was designed by us for a mail order company.

The section of spine was cast in resin with the discs cast in rubber.
The finial was for a major manufacturer of curtain poles.
The Skull was cast in a fast cast polyurathane resin and reproduced every single detail of the original for an American customer.
The Fisherman was made to resemble terracotta.
The long thin arm was for a Puppeteer making a collection of fairies and was made in ultralight resin.
