Sculpture

These two large sculptures of a Centaur and a figure of Atlas were made for a UK sculptor.

They both had a resin gelcoat and were backed with fibreglass.

The Centaur had a steel structure inside and both casts were filled with foam.

They are intended to be displayed inside or out.

Fibreglass Engine Cowls

These engine cowls were made for a customer who manufactures Microlight Aircraft.

We made a pattern in wood, foam and filler, a mould was made in Fibreglass.

The casts were produced using a very lightweight glass woven cloth with polyester resin and the gellcoat was pigmented to match the rest of the aircraft.

Fibreglass Urn

The urn in the picture was made as a cast from a mould which we produced for a customer who reproduced them in composition stone.

The original casting was made of cast iron and was dated 1852 and depicts Adam and Eve being cast out of the Garden of Eden.

This cast was made using cold cast bronze and Fibreglass.
